When you submit a quote request via our contact form or WhatsApp, we collect: your name, company name, country, email, phone number, the products you are interested in, and any message text you send. Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide a proforma invoice, arrange shipping documentation, and follow up on your order. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
We share your contact details only with: (a) our shipping partners (Maersk, MSC, ONE) when arranging FOB Karachi or CIF shipments on your behalf, (b) banks for LC documentation, and (c) Pakistani regulatory bodies (Customs, Department of Plant Protection) when issuing phytosanitary and certificate of origin paperwork.
As an export business, your data may be transferred outside Pakistan to facilitate shipping and import documentation in your country.
